CIGALE

A module to automate CIGALE. Currently works for a single galaxy. It generates a configuration file and runs the standard pcigale script. Requires pcigale already installed on the system.

Note

This module requires the optional pcigale package. Install with: pip install pcigale

Member-level API expansion is intentionally omitted here to avoid docutils errors from legacy docstring formatting.
